How do we work?
Step 1 = Inventory.
Within a free conversation I search for the wishes you want to
see worked out. This step forms the base for the whole process.
Before we come for the interview we also ask you for some
preparation... In advance it is useful to gather some pictures
of the things you like. This can give us an impression of the
atmosphere you are looking for. Those images can be from
interior design magazines, but also photos of your holiday, details
of furniture, bits of fabric, etc. Everything to make your wiches clear.
Step 2 = Temporary design.
With the gathered information we create a temporary design
The temporary design consists:
- mood board
- floor plan with furniture layout
- colour and material advice
Step 3 = Final design.
When every wish in the temporary design is worked out we have
a final one. This will be the last step. Builders and furniture makers
will follow these final drawings and ideas to create your new home.
The final design consists:
- floor plan with furniture layout
- detailed overview of the lighting and furniture
including materialchoice
- final color advice
Step 4 = Realization
You can choose whether you want to do this part on your own or that we do it for you.
By choicing the last one it means that we do the whole organisation. We order the furnuture
and all wich comes allong. We also are the contact for all the suppliers and workmen.
We hire a contractor and make sure the planning wil be followed.
For very large or more complex projects we work together with a project management office.
What are the costs?
We use two different hour rates.
- Design by hour, we charge 75,- Euro (excl VAT)
- for guiding the realization we charge: 60,- Euro per hour (excl VAT)
After the first conversation we list how many hours the first presentation will
take. (This depends on several factors and can not be indicated beforehand.)
From this follows a first offer. If you agree with it, then that gives us a sign
to go and work on your interior!
